Dear Soon-to Be 6th Grade Families,
We are so happy that you are now part of the Computer School community; we are excited about getting to know you! Orientation events for fall incoming families took place on June 22nd and June 23rd; please read on for more details and to get the information you need!

Please join us for our 2nd Town Hall as we updated you on the school opening plans for September. We invite all families to participate.

We're excited to announce that Computer School is calling for a collective action to honor and celebrate Juneteenth - a sacred and timely holiday in African American history. Read more to find out how YOU can be part of this collective action.

On June 15th, Ms. Shalom shared her words of wisdom, the Spirit Team lifted us up, 8th Graders reflected upon our year, and Ms. Seuling announced our Students of the Month and Spirit Stick recipients. Please view it and consider what stands out to you this year.

"Brave Conversations 2.0: Black Lives Matter", a workshop and dialogue during which we will focus on issues of racism, implicit bias, and mapping our roles in a social change ecosystem. We welcome families to join in this most important workshop. We hope to have a Q & A portion at the end. Please read more about it!

Dear CS Community,
While we are in the midst of an emotional and heartbreaking time, there is also a commitment to, and and hope for, justice, love, and compassion. Please read Mr. Zymeck's reflection, and know that we are here to engage the community in dialogue, we are here to listen, we are here to support and care for one another.

CS students put together their 4th virtual ASM to guide us through remote learning. CSNL is full of gems on taking care of yourself, as each ASM is.

Please join us tonight! Tracey Grimaldi, vocal, acting, and audition coach, and parent of a CS graduate, will hold an online information session that will help you begin preparing for high school auditions. She has worked with many CS students and is a lovely person. Read more for a brief description and a video reel.

On Friday, May 29th, we experienced our very first virtual Respect For All Day with the theme focused on Mental Health and Wellness. Once again, we set aside all academic classes and held a full day of online activities to support students’ social and emotional well being. We partnered "Minding Your Mind," an organization whose primary objective is to provide mental health education to adolescents, teenagers, and young adults.
