About ASMs!
Computer School All School Meetings are monthly full-school assemblies. The goals of ASMs are to foster the values and mission of The Computer School, to offer leadership opportunities for eighth graders to showcase their talents and voice, and to celebrate the academic and creative achievements of the community.
Each month a different group of 8th grade students leads the ASM from beginning to end, introducing and taking part in various acts on stage. They plan around the month’s chosen theme, creating engaging skits, performances, and presentations. Jessica Shalom, Principal, delivers a short message of encouragement - her "Words of Wisdom", and Ms. Seuling, Academic Coordinator, announces Students of the Month and Spirit Stick recipients.
We have explored adjusting to middle school, Hispanic Heritage Month, Celebrated our Heroes, Black History, and so much more!
