School Closed for Blended Learning: Full-remote

As announced on Wednesday, NYC schools will suspend in-person learning until further notice. Students will engage in full-remote learning. Please be mindful of emails as we update cohorts on their schedules. For now, look skyward! For the next few days you can see Jupiter and Saturn to the left of the moon - an unusual planetary positioning. Let's take that as a good omen for days to come.

Coffee Talks @ Joe & the Juice & Café Virtual Friday 11/20

CS parents and guardians: There are two opportunities to join Coffee Talk on November 20th. You may join me at Joe & the Juice from 8:30 - 10 am, or you can join me and Ms. Shalom at Café Virtuál (Zoom) at 10 am. Given the recent school closure, we know you may have more questions and have additional needs.

Opting in for Blended Learning: Now through Nov. 15th

On October 26th, the DOE announced a change in plan for students currently learning 100% remotely to opt back in to hybrid (in-school) learning. The window of opportunity for applying opens on Monday, November 2nd, and closes on Sunday, November 15th.
Please note: Per the DOE, this is the only opportunity to opt back into hybrid learning for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year.

Curriculum Night - October 22nd, 6 pm!

Please join us this Thursday evening for Curriculum Night. You'll have a chance to hear from Mr. Zymeck and Ms. Shalom about the year so far, from Ms. Hill about social and emotional supports, from Ms. Sloves about how to get involved in all things Computer School, and from each of your child's teachers about what and how they're learning.
