Games for Change Competition: 3 CS Finalists!

2021 marks the third year that CS students have participated in the student Games for Change competition - thanks to Michael Novick, eSTEAMed teacher. Students create games that aim to make the world a better place in myriad ways. Read on to find out more, and to get information on the virtual award ceremony.

Did you miss Picture Day last week? Please come in on May 20th for another chance to be photographed! Cohort D and J, you can come by after school. Cohort K, we'll get you at lunch. You'll see the tent in the yard!

Welcome Back: First Day of New Schedules!

We are excited to see you more days at school, and we hope you are looking forward to a new schedule and some exciting new classes to enrich your third trimester learning experience. Please keep close track of your messages and Google classrooms so that you are up-to-date on all things spring at CS!

Town Hall: Spring Edition, Upcoming Changes!

5th and 6th Grade Welcome Event!

Incoming (current) 5th graders and 6th graders, please join us for a community event in the Computer School yard from 3:30-5:30 on Monday, June 7th! Social distancing and masking required.

Happy Lunar New Year! Winter Break!

In observance of the Lunar New Year school is closed on February 12th. As you know, school is also closed for Mid-Winter Break the week of February 15th - 19th. With the new moon on Friday, we leave behind the Year of the Metal Rat and enter the year of the Metal Ox. The holiday, also known as the Spring Festival, will culminate on February 26th with the Lantern Festival. May we sweep away what we do not need from last year - which is a lot - and journey forward into this new year with a renewed sense of purpose and passion.

High School. There's been so much to do, a great deal of information to gather. There's getting things done and there's keeping it together while doing so. The process is different this year, there have been changes. Feel like the photo above? You are not alone, and who better to connect with than other parents and guardians at CS.

Career Day, Monday, February 8th!

The CS Equity Team is hosting Career Day on Monday and we are so excited! This will be our first virtual Career Day, and thanks to parents, guardians, relatives and friends of CS, we have an illustrious and fascinating group of presenters.
